Martine Clouet was born in Paris on March 31,1953, self-educated painter, her fashion of expression was imme- diately naive. Encouraged by her family and friends she  participated in many exhibitions in Paris and suburb where she got several prices and medals. Her painting tell in soft hues, a history populated of people happy to live.

"One of the big qualities of Martine Clouet is very certainly her poetic look on life and on what she wants to see. Her compositions have in them this capacity to flood us of light and happiness.

Indeed her work conceals numerous inventions without to disregard the rigar and the technique. But when we look at works of Clouet, we forget this technique(...) to only see the demonstration of an imaginary high in color and in anecdotes. For Clouet, life is simple like a poem."
